Miss Gastonia/Miss Gaston County/Miss Mount Holly

Your journey toward scholarship opportunities worth thousands of dollars begins with our local competition. Over the past two years, our Miss Gastonia, Miss Gaston County, Miss Mount Holly, and Outstanding Teen winners earned more than $30,000 in scholarship money at the local and state levels through their participation in this program. The scholarships and awards listed below were made available to the young women who participated in our 2023 competition.

Outstanding Teen Competition

$200 paid toward state pageant entry fee

The first runner-up in the Outstanding Teen competition receives a $50 cash prize and plaque.

We are fortunate to have local colleges, universities, and trade schools that provide in-kind scholarships to the Miss Gastonia program. Recipients must meet admission/eligibility requirements to receive in-kind scholarships.

Belmont Abbey College
